I broke the one spawn block over two small laundry baskets and two 5 gal buckets, lasagna style. They colonized heavily in black garbage bags within 5 days. I’ve collected 4+ lbs of beautiful golden oysters from the first flush 2 weeks ago until yesterday. They are still producing! Not just small bunches, but big double handful bunches. Couldn’t have asked for better for my first experience.

Inoculated my beds 3 weeks ago to the day, spotted my first pins today. Really happy with how quickly these spawn have fruited! These took longer to colonize than I would have thought but once colonized, they are massive producers of beautiful delicious mushrooms.
