How do I place an order?

Browse our extensive range of health and wellness & healthy alternative products, add your selected items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase—no account needed!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via ShopPay.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the product you order and where our distribution centers are located.

However, most orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, and delivery will typically take another 2-7 business days (depending on your location). You can track your order anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Note, that if your order contains products from multiple brands, you may receive multiple packages.

What are your shipping options and costs?

Shipping options and costs vary depending on the product and your location. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on these factors.

How can I cancel or change my order?

We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we may be unable to modify the items or fully cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please email our support team at support@ourpeakhealth.com. While we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing has begun, we will do our very best to assist you!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information for each package. Use these details to track your shipments.

Where do you ship to?

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):

Owned and Operated in the US: Peak Health is proudly US-owned and operated.

All US States Served: We ship to all 50 states across the United States, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of your orders.

International Shipping:

Possible Availability: We may ship to customers outside of the United States. However, availability depends on the specific product and your location.

During Checkout: To determine if international shipping is available for your desired products, please proceed through the order process. Shipping options for your address will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Additional Considerations: International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Check Shipping Eligibility for International Shipping:

  2. Enter Shipping Information: Provide your shipping address during checkout.
  3. Review Shipping Options: The system will automatically display available shipping methods based on your location and the products selected.
  4. Complete Your Order: If international shipping is available, proceed with the purchase. If not, you may need to choose alternative products or contact our support team for further assistance.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

For all US domestic orders, if an item is missing, damaged or you are not satisfied with it, you may email our support team to request a refund or replacement item within 30 days of your purchase. This is done in a few clicks within our return portal.

We will update you as soon as your request has been processed or contact you by email if any additional information is required. In certain situations, descriptions and/or photos may be required.

Note that any request for a refund or replacement may be subject to review by our Customer Service team; completing the submission process is not a guarantee that it will be approved.

How do I request a refund?

We've made it super simple to request a refund! Just enter in your email information & order # in this portal and we will guide you through the process.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

We ensure strict packing processes and utilize effective materials to ensure your items stay protected on their way to you. Unfortunately, ship happens and it’s possible that your package might incur damage during shipment. In some rare cases, an item may be defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please request a refund or replacement (you can do it online with just a few clicks!) and wait until your request is approved before discarding any damaged boxes, packaging, or products, as we may request pictures of any damages to help in the processing of your request.

Pictures of the damaged product or order in the condition it was received help our packing teams improve. If any additional information is required to process your request, we will contact you by email.

What if an item is missing, or if I received the incorrect item?

Missing item:

If your order is missing an item, it may have shipped separately from a different fulfillment center and arrive in a different box at a later date. You can track each package and see which products were shipped in each box.

If all boxes for your order have been delivered and an item listed in the enclosed packing slip is missing from your order, you can request a refund or replacement with just a few clicks here.

Incorrect item:

If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us. If the product you received is similar to the product pictured online, you may have received an updated version of the product with a new label and/or similar name. We may request pictures of the product you received to help in the processing of your refund or replacement request.
