I live locally and tried to return it in-person 6 days after buying it, but was not allowed. I only used it twice and with clean hands on a spray bottle so the return disapproval makes no sense. The staff member that I tried to return it to said this product’s scent is strong and that I should have smelled it before. If that’s the policy, then that should be explained at the time of pick-up. When I came in for the pickup order, I told the staff this was my first time buying this and she said she loved the age toner but she did not encourage me to smell the difference (nor warn me that it smelled so different). You should train your staff to warn people of smelling things before buying instead of only telling us about it after the fact. If it's been used/opened, we cannot resell it, so it would then go right to the trash. We have testers for every single product available in the store so that our customers can try, smell, and experience the products before they purchase them. We encourage our in-store customers to smell and use the tester before purchase. All testers are 'self help', meaning that you can use them as you wish without requesting assistance (always happy to help if needed!). It has been the best! My acne cleared up within a few days, my oil production was a lot less crazy, and I've loved the smell! It takes no time at all to use, and it helps everything after it (serums, moisturizer, sunscreen, foundation, etc.) to soak in a lot easier. Game changer for me, and definitely get this product! It's totally worth it!
