Temperature: I love the look and the functionality of Aiden. The are that I am least satisfied is the temperature of the coffee. While the coffee brews at a great temperature, the pot doesn't keep it hot long and there... Temperature: I love the look and the functionality of Aiden. While this may put the quality of the coffee at jeopardy, I would like to make one pot and not have to brink it in an hour to maintain a temperature.

Almost perfect: We have been using Aiden for a week or so. Enjoying it very much. Brews delicious coffee. There is a slight learning curve and we are still perfecting our perfect cup. Worth the Investment: Fellow's ordering process was easy and the product arrived in a strong, well-insulated box on the promised delivery date. Setting it up was a breeze...it's a very intuitive process, so just follow the instructions on the screen.... Setting it up was a breeze...it's a very intuitive process, so just follow the instructions on the screen. I've used it for almost three weeks now and every brew is consistently good. Instant brewing for two cups takes only about four minutes, and cleanup is quick and easy. Besides the taste of the coffee, the Aiden's sleek design is the thing that's most enjoyable. In our kitchen, the matte white option is perfect and it's a head-turning appliance for sure, especially next to our Fellow kettle. Negatives? Customer service by telephone would be great. Although my issue was minor, it's no fun waiting several days for an email reply. Also, with a relatively small two-cup brew each morning, the carafe doesn't keep the second cup of coffee hot enough for me. So, after pouring my first cup in a mug, I put the rest in an insulated Hydro Flask and that does the trick until I'm ready for a refill. All in all, no regrets. Haven't depended much upon the app, so can't comment on it for now.
