I have used A LOT of rollers in the past for muscle and back relief and this is by far the best. Ergonomically sound, light, compact and honestly one of the best parts of my day using it. This roller is perfectly designed to relieve back issues, realign the spine and flush sore muscles. If you do not have a RAD roller, you need one.
