I especially appreciate the reminders the night before a test is needed (I am a forgetful person but I check my phone 312390 times a day). The customer care team is top notch too and very quick to respond and offer support where needed. As someone who works in customer service I can say I was highly impressed by how they operate. A big plus with Proov Complete is the end of cycle report that's generated. There is an overview for easy review in the app but also an option to download a more formal multipage document. I was able to take this to my care team which really helped with our preconception prep discussions. Happy to say I am now expecting my rainbow baby!
