It is mostly water and even if you shake the tube very well, you get a white puddle on your finger that will easily drip off if you're not careful. Just buy the retinol cream and avoid the disappointment of the coffee bean cream- people that used this cream years ago know that it used to be great but now seems to have been diluted down to a watery mess.

Smooth: Overall it’s a nice product, feels good going on has a nice smell, however, I hv not noticed a change in the darkness under my eyes or the puffiness. Nice cream for eyes. No bad reaction: I love the light texture and it feels amazing. The smell is great as well and I want to see what kind of results it brings within a few months. The tip of the tube was covered in cream and it was orange in color. Seemed dirty and possibly previously used? I was doubtful. I cleaned it up but the cap still had some orange looking spots.
