When you try to twist the cartel lid to open, it gets twisted angled and then it gets stuck and there is absolutely no way to open it unless you use a fork or something with a heavy push to lift the lid up. The design is flawed. They sent me a new one and this new one has the same issue. I tried to use it today and could not open the lid. No it was not hot and there was nothing in it. It was empty and still the lid didn’t turn as it should and got stuck. The return window is now closed and they are not refunding it. The first two photos are the first cartel and the third photo is the second one they replaced.
