After having a good conversation with my optometrist, they helped me to fill out the doctor recommendation form and the full price was covered by HSA. I work with computer 8 hours 5 days a week, and at the end of the day I am and my eyes are exhausted. No energy, headaches, eye aches. Now Ra Optics glasses have changed that. I am happy I have them now. And I highly recommend their product! Thank you, Ra Optics!
