Digestive Enzymes = Must!: *Sigh* I hate to admit this, but bathroom visits can be up to six times every day since my gallbladder was removed. Road trips are much more difficult. Jogging is harder because of the constant movement. Everything is different,and my GI doctor, nor my surgeon, told me I'd need digestive enzymes and probiotics for life. Honestly, I feel like my vitamin levels are all off, too. I took these Amy Meyers digestive enzymes for a year or so and life did a full 180. I completed a half marathon with no urges. Although, I did have to stop to pee because for some reason I have to go more now, the day was okay. I thought everything was okay with all the supplements I was taking, so stopped the enzymes. 🤦‍♀️ So stupid on my part. Started a new job and of course, I'm in the bathroom multiple times per day, and I eat a decent vegetarian diet. I was vegan before my gallbladder was removed, but now I can't process many of those foods, so veggie it is. Anyway, I started taking the enzymes again this week. Whew. . . I feel much better, only used the bathroom once today! I am also taking a liver cleanse and a potassium blend supplement, but that doesn't really affect anything. I start a new blend with sea moss and black seed oil to really help my gut. Long story long enough to bore you to sleep or keep you engaged with details while you're sitting on the toilet, these chewable enzymes work; buy them. I will say that I'd love to see them a bit cheaper. And truly hope…
