I bought these for the ingredient list. I finally found something that had everything I want in a prenatal. But the smell and taste of these are horrendous. If you want the very best absorption this is the best option The thing about most vitamins is they’re a gimmick. They never have all of the daily percentage that you actually need and most prenatals you have to specifically... They never have all of the daily percentage that you actually need and most prenatals you have to specifically look for ones that have folate. I’ve never come across one that had iron as well so that’s worth it by itself. Iron pills are expensive and don’t taste good. So I’m glad to just take these that has everything I need rather than a bunch of different ones. This has vitamin and others that help with absorption of vitamins.
