Piper fits my face. The lenses are slightly too small for every day use for me, but more than adequate lens coverage to sit and watch TV at night. By that I mean, they are flat lenses and let in light from the sides, but fine for looking at a screen straight on. I highly recommend. They are probably a perfect fit for children. The blue blocker works exactly as it should. No eye strain or headaches for me.

It used to take 15 minutes of me singing to him before he fell asleep. I put them on him when it gets dark and he's yawning by 8pm. I'm truly impressed. I wear mine every night at sundown as well and I know longer need an alarm clock to wake up. I used to need to set 2 alarms. Now, I wake with the sunrise and feel ready for the day within a few minutes of waking up. This circadian reset took less than a week. I love them and my son does too. Thank you!
