Unfortunately they don’t work well at low volume ie you get to the lowest volume setting it will allow that you can actually hear then... Unfortunately they don’t work well at low volume ie you get to the lowest volume setting it will allow that you can actually hear then when you want to lower it more it jumps to basically zero and inaudible. Sound quality is not bad at usual volume during the day but the connections between the wiring and air tube add too much weight overall and dislodge the earpiece at times and flap around. Feel they are too cumbersome to be used at work or exercising unfortunately.

Good product: Product itself is good but if you have an iPhone 13 or more you will need a need to purchase a USB-C to Thunderbolt adapter and that is another £40 on top. I did not like that this... Perhaps not having a built in microphone like other brands is a blessing in disguise. It also blocks or reduces background noise even though earphones are not noise cancelling. The only issue I had was adding the small ear bud size. It took me time to figure out how to attach them properly, and there was no instructions in the packaging or video on the website on how to attach them properly, so it was trail and error for me.
