Firm and bouncy pillow: I think this is a great firm but not too firm pillow. If I apply pressure to the pillow it bounces right back up immediately. The cloud support definitely has more support than the fluff base... Firm and bouncy pillow: I think this is a great firm but not too firm pillow. The cloud support definitely has more support than the fluff base so it’s nice to lean up against on my bed frame for when I’m sitting up in bed. I bought two of these pillows along with two of the fluff base pillows. Compared to the fluff pillow this one is slightly smaller in size and definitely more dense. They are relatively the same thickness visually. If you like a softer, squishy feel that still holds its shape with enough firmness the fluffbase pillow might be a better fit. I highly recommend both pillows and perhaps buying two of each for layering. I like to put the cloud support in front of the fluff base when I’m sitting up in my bed against my headboard and for sleep I reverse them!
