Not sure how an MD is selling Iodine supplements to hashi patients: I was really disappointed to see this packaged as a hashimoto-friendly supplement bundle when the multivitamin has 100% of Iodine DV. Iodine is known to cause autoimmune flares, and my endocrinologist (along with the general medical population) has advised me against supplements containing iodine and to generally avoid high iodine foods like seaweed. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up since hashimoto is primarily autoimmune and secondarily, a thyroid dysfunction disorder.
