This knife is incredible!! It really brings out the joy in prepping & cooking. It is impressively sharp and lightweight, and masterfully designed. I feel like a professional when using it, would absolutely recommend!

Love the knife. Looks good, well balanced and cuts cleanly. Only complaint is the matte black finish does not hold quite as well as I would like. Will probably go with more traditional finish going forward
