This supplement has allowed to eat out and have some cheat meals without side effects and stomach distress the next day. I try to avoid high histamine foods, gluten and dairy but sometimes I don’t know what bothered me. Do this is good insurance. As others mentioned tinned, it is pricy but worth it.

Histazyme is the latest thing I've added because I know I have excess histamine to deal with even after all the other things. I find it most noticable in my sinuses, but, I thought I'd try this in my digestion because I can't take OTC antihistamines. So far, I do notice that it helps! It has a subtle, gentle effect on the body, unlike OTCs. My sinuses are feeling clearer and my system seems calmer since taking it with meals. I can't say my digestion always likes it when I first take it, but, it calms down quickly and I can't always know if I can attribute the initial upset to the histazyme. I'm still healing and balancing things. But, I will continue using it. and... the pills are so small, they are very easy to take. (smile)
