About 6 months ago, my heart started severely missing beats and this was increasing in frequency and duration to the point that my legs would get so weak and my head so foggy, I could barely walk. Thank goodness I remembered an article about copper deficiency which said that the body simply cannot function without copper no matter what other supplements one might take. After trying several other brands, I stumbled on Eidon's copper. With Eidon's copper my heart beat stabilized very nicely, my strength returned and the fog in my head disappeared. And since it is a low dosage, highly bio-available copper, I did not have worry about taking too much (not so with the other brands).
