Glides on - no stickiness or tackiness or any sort of waxiness when applying, nice shine, herbaceous flavor, and most of all wonderful lip protection from the elements. Can’t say... Sooo Disappointed: Why would you go from a 100/100 product to this mess. I am like so many loyal customers have waited for months for this amazing product to restock and when it did I ordered 8 at once -... I am like so many loyal customers have waited for months for this amazing product to restock and when it did I ordered 8 at once - trusting that it was the same product as advertised. IT IS NOT. This packaging is a joke. I mean come on, how in the world are we supposed to use this tube? It scratches your lips and is a mess. Why does this not have a proper lip applicator? And this new version of this product smells awful, because the ingredients have changed- EHY CHANGE A PERFECT PRODUCT THAT WORKED??? This is not it. This new version dries your lips out, tastes awful, is horrible to apply, and does not seem to be as affective as the old version. If you are going to change a product it should be to make it better. This was LOVED by soooo many customers and now soooo many loyal customers are just disappointed and frustrated. This is really sad.

They’re obviously trying to save money because sunflower oil is the first ingredient now when it was further down on the list before. It has a... It has a very strong odor of oregano that makes it completely unusable for me. It’s nauseating. EXTREMELY disappointed as this was one of my very beloved and favorite products and I waited SO LONG for a restock. PLEASE bring back the original formula in the balm packaging. This brand is really going downhill fast. So sad to see
