Curiously, I was already taking a B-12 supplement. After taking this... After taking this product, my next labs showed my B-12 was at the high end of the normal range, which was a dramatic turnaround. and my doctor said keep doing what you’re doing. One problem I have with other B-12 supplements is they make me nauseous and cause me to wake up vomiting in the middle of the night—I can’t even take them during the day because they make me so nauseous. But to have them not effectively raise my B-12 level on top of the misery is disappointing. Well this product causes me none of the nausea and vomiting, so whatever the difference is in the ingredients really agrees with me all the way around.

Finally, some thing that helped me: I have been sick for a long time and my doctor. Just thought I had leaky gut. I was always very sensitive to b Vitamins so I’ve never taken them which did not help me. I decided to trust this brand and just go for it and I just take one a day as two might be too much for me. I started to feel better in three days and I am on a journey that I can believe in now. I usually take other brands that are professional from my doctor, but I think Amy’s are just as good and I believe in her. I do wonder if Choline should be in these, but I don’t know and I’m sure she already considered that. I am unsure if I will ever go up to two pills like the recommendation says. Hopefully my health returns..
