I used this along with the toner and normal cleansing oil and within a week or two the dry patches were gone! Now in my 3rd trimester, I am still using these products twice daily (face oil for daytime and cream at night) and my skin has never looked better. Gives perfect amount of moisture for my skin, yet does not make it oily nor given me any breakouts. Highly highly recommend!!
