The quality, size and look of these mugs is fantastic - the double walled feature is also great to allow you to hold the drink while keeping the heat off your hand. I also had an issue whereby on mug arrived cracked. Customer service was stellar - no issue or complaints, and Fellow replaced the mugs immediately

Beautiful pieces but hot drinks cool too quickly: I wish I could recommend these more highly. They are _beautiful_ to look at and wonderful to hold in the hand. Additionally one of the 4 I ordered (big joey) seems to be separating from the metal after one use and one (hand) wash. It's possible it came like that during shipping and I have requested service.

However, the rose-gold base is very misleading - it's a cheap plastic that feels hollow and leaves much to be desired. The bottoms are perfectly bowled so that you can get a great design with your latte... There is a learning curve, since the mouth of the cup is not as wide as a traditional cup, but they are a joy to work with once you have poured a few times. They stay hot of a decent amount of time, but like all things they will cool down. If you are looking for a cup that will stand out and wow your guest, I recommend.
