These took a smidge of getting used to! But, once I figured out how to put them on (the how to” video was helpful) but I’m also one who has never used mouth tape, so I had to adjust. I appreciate how the tape is not super stiff, so it doesn’t feel like I’m trapped”. It’s made a massive difference in my mouth breathing” issues. In which I did have got the all clear with not having sleep apnea. The little slit in the center is also handy so still allows for me to adjust to breathing out of my nose completely. Thank you for making these. It’s really has made a huge difference and I really do find it’s improved my sleep, and with having a slew of sleep disorders helping my sleep even just a smidge is huge for me. I wake up less with dry mouth& lips, (less bad breath). It does leave a bit of residue but easily comes off, and the color is bold so my hubby did say it was jolting when he awoke to see it on me haha. But! 5 stars!

I have had sinus/nasal issues my whole life (many sinus infections, nasal surgery to try to help open my airway more) so my body often needs prompting/extra care to breathe nasally. I have had sinus/nasal issues my whole life (many sinus infections, nasal surgery to try to help open my airway more) so my body often needs prompting/extra care to breathe nasally. However, when I do sleep and breathe nasally I feel markedly better the next day (more alert, well-rested, etc.). I feel like Loftie should team with with Navage for a better breathing package - I also use their nasal irrigation product and it's the only thing that noticeably/sustainably helps me in this department. Loftie's mouth tape strips are easy to use and I haven't had an issue with them coming off prematurely. I only reduced by one star here because I have had several instances where I have sticky residue around my mouth in the AM upon renewal. Overall I'm a fan, thanks!

I was relieved to know that there is a product like the Loftie clock. Waking up with it compared to my cellphone felt like waking up the way we are intended to wake up. Waking up with it compared to my cellphone felt like waking up the way we are intended to wake up. It's a gentle, refreshing wake up and I feel more clear and energized waking up with it. The sounds you can play, such as white noise / storms/campfire / and so so many more are also really nice for falling asleep or having a relaxing evening. There's also a cool Bed time alarm to let you know when it's time to wind down. Which is also really nice and peaceful to hear. I highly recommend this clock to anyone who feels like they could be waking up to a better state of mind

I started off with just a Loftie lamp, but quickly convinced myself to get the clock to have the whole set-up and I have no regrets! I love how they are both now synced to my wake-up schedule, and no... I absolutely love my Loftie Alarm Clock! It's so much more than just an alarm. The two-phase alarm gently wakes me up, and the built-in sleep aid noises' machine helps me fall asleep peacefully.
