Very cute and funny to watch him do a circuit around the house. 4yr old likes to sit or lay out on it and hasn't quite managed the bouncing part with out falling off. The ball is kind of tricky to blow up at least for me. The plug puller works like it is suppose but be aware.... the air comes swooshing out really fast so be prepared with the plug to put back in ASAP. It does bounce better on hard surface and isn't really designed to bounce outside as it picks up every bit of dirt and am assuming it will eventually pop which wouldn't be much fun. It comes with a hand pump which does the job.

I am using it to stretch and exercise both knees post-op following knee replacements. I lay on a flat surface & roll it back & forth till I feel a definite stretch to muscles & tendons.
