It arrived within a few days, It’s easy to use, and comes with a Velcro stretch wrap that allows it to be secured to my knee so I can walk while using it if I chose to. It’s very easy to use, which a wired remote to adjust settings and time, and it remembers the settings so that next time it’s just a one button start. This is a well made product and I store it in a zipped bag , making it easy to use post race/workout. It has become part of my daily workout recovery routine. Keep an eye on the battery indicator on the screen…I’d love if it had a longer battery life, but charging is only a couple of hours. Customer service is fabulous ~ real people ! They will listen and assist , and they follow up with an email. I am 100% happy with this ~ and have ordered the small mat to use on my feet for nerve pain, This company cares about its customers.
