They stand by their warranty: I bought a Novaa lab pad in Dec 23. And use it for bilateral knee pain. (Osteoarthritis and CPPD). I try to avoid cortisone shots as it destroys the cartilage. I try to avoid cortisone shots as it destroys the cartilage. I can go weeks without using the pad but when I need it I use it twice day for 30 minutes each. Lately the pad started to develop shorting out and either not turning on or flashing on then off. I contacted them as still in warranty and was sent a new pad and remote and . my knees couldn’t be happier. They stand by their product and they do work. I rents bought a knee pad so I now can do it both knees at the same time. Novaa lab thank you

Great pad and customer support!: We got our pad because my husband had shoulder surgery and we wanted to enhance his recovery. It’s so happened that he also twisted his knee within the first week of his surgery. He regularly... Great pad and customer support!: We got our pad because my husband had shoulder surgery and we wanted to enhance his recovery. It’s so happened that he also twisted his knee within the first week of his surgery. He regularly applied the pad to his knee, starting about a week and a half ago. It went from being pretty significant pain to now being at zero.. I don’t know if there’s a direct correlation, but they’re sure seems to be.
