Trying to find a supplement that helped produce more milk but didn’t affect how I felt was really hard. I wasted a lot of money with my first daughter. When I had my second daughter I found Oat Mama and Milk It”(teal color) and I was so excited I patiently waited for it to start making my joints ache (which was common for me while trying different supplements) but that ache never came and I ended up leaking quite a lot. I do use it intermittently especially when I’m sick, run down, or not drinking enough water. I’ve been successfully EBF my now 9 month old since she was born and she was 7 weeks early too. I would probably still be considered someone with a supply on the low end however it’s enough that she’s thriving and I don’t need to supplement with formula. Which makes me feel completely confident as a EBF momma.

I love the flavor of this tea and think it’s great as ice tea! I don't drink coffee and love tea and love that this tea helps with my supply, tastes great and has zero caffeine. Love this, so many good things inside and blends super easily into cold water/milk which I love because I hate hot drinks. The smell off put me a bit when I first smelled it but the more I smelled it... The smell off put me a bit when I first smelled it but the more I smelled it the more the matcha came through. The matcha flavor is pretty subtle in this, which is my favorite part. You do not get a bitter after taste that some stronger or low quality matcha drinks tend to leave in my mouth. This has definitely beat out the Immunity Tea as my new favorite Oat Mama beverage.
