The issue I have ,is with customer service. You seem quite eager to receive my input regarding product when the real issue has to do with communication and shipping. The order was severely delayed. I was not alerted to this fact - I discovered it after contacting you and waiting several days to hear back. The response from your team was not at all apologetic -rather it was breezy and casual in tone. This is not what a customer expects nor is it the attitude any customer appreciates especially when there is a significant delay. I am reluctant to place an order in the future based on this experience DESPITE how much we ( and especially my daughter and now her college friends ) like the product. I think it’s important to decide when running a business the attitude you are projecting. You may dismiss me and my concerns or you may learn something. I certainly hope you are able to appreciate the time I am putting into creating what I hope is received as a thoughtful and useful evaluation.
