I don’t feel “snacky” all day, I feel calmer, more focused, I’m not tired all the time, my period cramps were very minimal the first day and usually I hurt from my head to my toes for 3 days, I’ve had “stomach” problems for years and now I don’t. It’s amazing how in just a week I feel like a totally different woman. I love this so much I’ve already made another purchase for the 180 day supply. I have my whole family taking this! I’m excited for the new products coming soon! I can not recommend this product enough!

However, I will say... Optimize Minerals Electrolytes: I have been subscribed and have been consuming these electrolytes on a daily basis for the past year and I have 0 complaints with the customer service, the order processing nor the formula. However, I will say that the previous formula for the electrolytes did perform a little better than the new formula. I strongly recommend Optimize Minerals electrolytes to anyone who takes hydration serious.

Great product, but tough on low-carb mornings!: I really like Optimize Minerals — it tastes great and blends super smooth, no clumping at all. You can tell it’s a quality formula with a solid mineral profile. My only issue is... Great product, but tough on low-carb mornings!: I really like Optimize Minerals — it tastes great and blends super smooth, no clumping at all. You can tell it’s a quality formula with a solid mineral profile. My only issue is the 8 grams of carbs per serving. Starting the day with that much sugar can be tough if you’re fasting or trying to stay under 40 grams of carbs a day. Overall, an excellent product — I just wish they’d cut the sugar and carbs a bit to make it more keto-friendly.
