I have no real complaints, I will just mention for transparency that the mat is pretty heavy, which can make moving it around difficult if you don’t plan on keeping it in one place and it can be a bit hard on parts of the body when fully laying down (mainly bonier parts like heels/elbows) but nothing that should seriously deter anyone from purchasing.
