Being in my 60s, sleep has become difficult for me as I wake up very early and cannot get back to sleep. Since using the mat, I've been able to go back to sleep or not wake at all until morning. This is a huge win for me. I really like this company for their quality products and customer service.

Nice mat but not a 5: The mat is nice. My favorite thing is the sleep settings. I feel sleepy within minutes and my night is solid and uninterrupted which was NOT the case before. However the instructions on how to set it using the controller were virtually nonexistent and I was sent a useless video with no narration when I asked for help. Finally after several back and forth emails I got what I needed but why not provide useful, clear instructions in the package? I’m still not 100% sure I’m using it correctly. That’s the only reason for deducting a star.

Neurologist recommended: I’ve some brain “issues” that neuro doc is treating…but it’s a long drive to her office. She recommended Bon Charge. It’s been wonderful…my husband uses it for his back.
