I've been using this kit to work down into tight muscles (as a kind of self massage) as well as using it to enhance my stretches, getting a deeper stretch with the same range of motion by applying pressure opposite the stretch. Very pleased with the quality and value of everything so far. The storage block is nice and can even be used as a yoga block!
