Others mentioned texture, and the texture is slightly different but I think if other natural brands don't bother you, this shouldn't bother you either probably. Its more thick and like, IMO, microscopically more rough than storebought regular toothpaste (not the storebought natural kind, the regular name brand stuff), not sure if that will help anyone or if i'm describing it properly. But either way I still think it would be worth it, even if the texture is bothersome. Its the extra thing I needed to really push me towards better teeth health, even though I was doing a lot (oil pulling, brushing every day, flossing everyday) I wasn't getting the results I needed, and I was really despairing because it felt like I would have tongue coat forever, but tried this and even within the week I have now half the issues with that that I was having before. This really was the missing piece of the puzzle for my chronic mouth problems, will buy again. 10/10
