I thought perhaps Rest and Restore could replace it. Unfortunately, Gaba, perhaps elevates my heartrate for the first couple of hours and I can't settle into sleep. When I finally get to sleep I do get some restorative sleep, but wake with a jittery feeling. I see today Dr Myers Neuroclam Mag is available so I'm giving up on Rest and Restore.
