They are easy to use and supportive in promoting positive coping skills. I appreciate how accessible they are for both clinicians and I’ve seen meaningful benefits when incorporating them into the students school day, during high stress moments.

I have really been enjoying them. Especially when it comes to focusing. I also had my daughter hold them for allergy testing and it gave her something to focus on to help calm her down. I recommend getting the clothing clip option. I got the wrist bands and for men they probably work great but the touchpoints are as big as the width of my wrist which kind of made it difficult to put on. Plus if you’re wearing a smart watch it doesn’t quite work so well. So definitely get them but get the clothing clips. I put them in my pockets but they are hard to get out.

I have used them to energize during my midday slump. I have also found it helpful when trying to relax before going to bed. I am a therapist and have had mixed client reviews on the Touchpoints. I have used them with an adolescent client when they were experiencing a panic attack. The client found the Touchpoints to be helpful in grounding and calming herself. I have also tried it with an adult client who experiences depression in order to try to help her up-regulate. Unfortunately, this client found the pulses (even at the lowest setting) to be too intense and overwhelming for her to use. Overall, I think that the Touchpoints are beneficial. I currently have only used Touchpoints in the moment when I feel like to need to calm or energize. However, I like the idea of trying Touchpoints preventatively, and calming before a stressful event occurs. I like the versatility of how to wear them, and have and benefits holding them in my hands and having them in my pockets. I haven’t used the clips yet, but I think that provides additional options which may work better for other users.
