It works like it says and I'll keep taking it to see if the morning effect gets better. Definitely slept well the first few nights.

I have tried over the counter sleep aids, which are the worst because the last till the next day, making extremely difficult to wake up and keep me groggy most of the day. I decided to give this a try and I really didn't expect much. However, a few minutes after taking the recommended dose, which is really small, I began to feel the most soothing, calming feeling as I started drifting off to sleep while watching TV. I was really amazed by the feeling it induced and how ell it worked. I truly did have a deep sleep without waking up. The next day, I felt no ill effects. In fact, I felt invigorated and had a bit more pep in my step because of it. I began to even wonder if maybe it wasn't the Aurora and that I was actually more tired that night than I realized. So, I tried it again and had the same experience. This stuff works great! It is a bit pricey but it really does work! Highly Recommended!
