I have always been prescribed Extended Release variants of prescription ADHD medicines, but still have always encountered the afternoon "fizzle". IYKYK. Like many people I attempted to supplement using too much caffeine and at one point with additional Adderall IR doses. It was a constant cat and mouse game.
