I've been taking Adderall XR 4 days a week since 2018. Prior to that, I was prescribed to Methylphenidate ER for several years. I have always been prescribed Extended Release variants of prescription ADHD medicines, but still have always still encountered the afternoon "fizzle". IYKYK. Like many people I attempted to supplement using too much caffeine and at one point with additional Adderall IR doses. It was a constant cat and mouse game. I started researching non-prescription alternatives earlier this year, and ordered my first Stasis kit. After a full month of taking Stasis, I can safely say there's no looking back. The afternoons feel entirely normal without any of the anxiety or comes down typical with Adderall. I have also been able to reduce my caffeine consumption to 1 cup a day. For me personally Statsis doesn't necessarily help me focus more so much as it greatly improves upon the side effects of Adderall, which is half the battle of that medication. Your mileage may vary. Try it out, I suspect you will be pleasantly surprised.

It really does give you a soft landing into that later in the day feeling. I find that I needed less dosage throughout the day as well. I used to add 5 mg around lunch to help with the rest of the day and I rarely have to do that anymore. It made Adderall feel way less scary to be honest. If a stimulant really does help but you struggle and start to feel nervous about the jitters or crashes- give this a try and it's okay to tell your provider about the challenging parts of the meds too! ADHD in women presents so much different and this supplement has helped assist my meds work how they used to when they instead decide to shift my executive dysfunction into avoidant behavior, obsessing on all the things I need to do but can’t do.
