No surprise- I love all 100% pure products.

Fairly disappointing: The oil was ok, but the cream smells SO AWFUL! It smells like a Payless shoe store from the 80's, cheap rubber, canvas, & fake leather. No hint whatsoever of "superfruits". I've been purchasing from this company for many years, and it seems prices have gone up while quality has gone the opposite direction. (yes, I know about the return policy!) The best products are either discontinued or "improved" (not really) or changed in some manner to appease vegans because the original may have contained 1/32nd of a cat whisker in it. And if you really want to reward loyal customers with points/vouchers, then let them redeem them anytime, even with free shipping promos or other sales!!

Product leaked: I couldn't use it. I ordered one and when it arrived the product had leaked all over the box. I was sent a replacement and that product (same product) had also leaked all over.
