Since these are sweetened with xylitol, you don't get the negative effects of sugar. It is slightly bitter since it is the healthy dark chocolate. Kids may not like it but adults can eat it as health food :)

Okay, I already reviewed this chocolate bar once, but I HAVE to add to my previous review by saying that this is arguably the BEST and most HEALTHY chocolate bar EVER! The fact that it has zero sugars, is fortified... Okay, I already reviewed this chocolate bar once, but I HAVE to add to my previous review by saying that this is arguably the BEST and most HEALTHY chocolate bar EVER! The fact that it has zero sugars, is fortified with probiotics and mushrooms, plus the deliciousness of dark chocolate! Wow! I ordered a bunch of them, and even though they are pricey, to me they are a worthy splurge. I even chop up a few squares and put them on top of my oatmeal. This has become a non-guilty obsession! Thanks, Eidon, for a nutritious chocolate bar I can feel good about eating!

If I had seen a “zero sugar” chocolate bar on the grocery store shelf, I would not have tried it. However, a friend gave me 2 sample bars of this chocolate so I tried them. Let’s just say that a... Let’s just say that a few days later I realized I could not go without a few pieces of this chocolate each day. I bought 10 bars. When those were finished, I bought another 10. And so the story goes.
