An important part of my morning routine!: I add Goldmines Supershroom Daily Immunity Support and Daily Stress Management into my coffee every morning. It's become a beautiful part of my morning routine. I have a high stress job and feel like this little boost each day helps me stay balanced and healthy. The powder can take a little bit to break down so I like to put it in the bottom of my drip coffee filter before I add coffee beans instead of putting the powder directly into my mug.

I actually enjoy the taste it adds to the coffee and while I admittedly can't tell if the immunity support is effective, I do know the ingredients used are tried and proven. I do feel, maybe I believe I feel, positive effects from the stress relief powder! I'm a big fan!!!

i've been adding a different mushroom blend powder to my coffee on and off for a few years now. i love that goldmine's supershroom immunity also has ginger, lucuma & astragalus for added immune boosting power and enhanced flavor. i... i've been adding a different mushroom blend powder to my coffee on and off for a few years now. i love that goldmine's supershroom immunity also has ginger, lucuma & astragalus for added immune boosting power and enhanced flavor. i am curious as to why this blend doesn't also have rosehips as the site mentions vitamin c being necessary to support the body's absorption of all that 'shroomy goodness. i would love if the formula could be adapted to include rosehips or, better yet, if the supershroom and adaptogen powders could be combined for one extra supportive blend.
