I was ready to throw in the towel when a good friend recommended La R mushroom coffee, but I don’t drink coffee so I bought this instead to mox in ky favorite drinks. I make my own matcha lattes and this was perfect in it. I wanted to wait and finish ky first pouch before I post a review, and all I can say is this is a godsend. My hunger pangs are much more manageable, my focus is better, and I am no longer suffering from the migraines triggered by the sugar crashes. My sleep patterns are much more regular too. I started taking HRT at the same time and I’m pretty sure this helped a lot in stabilizing fluctuations in hormones. Suffice to say, I am very satisfied and I am posting this before I buy my second pouch of Titan 10!
