First, it took me quite awhile to open the seal. I imagine that people with dexterity issues will not be happy. Then I noticed the texture is not as thick. Then the scent hit. Where is the vanilla? It has a cheap perfumy smell, nothing like the previous version I've been using for years. Why would they make these changes?? I cant even tolerate this smell now.

Change the problematic products, not the ones that are so good you can't keep in stock.
