These tortillas make me feel like home. These freeze well, heat up well and hold up great when filled up. The icing on the cake is the turmeric which gives it a unique flavor profile that is subtle but tasty. My only recommendation moving forward is that a smidgen of pepper is possibly added to the recipe to enhance the turmeric absorption tremendously.
