Love it: I am 82 years old with history of sunstroke and have macular degeneration with photophobia and very sensitive skin. I am not able to get my vitamin D by sitting in the sun, so I take this product... Love it: I am 82 years old with history of sunstroke and have macular degeneration with photophobia and very sensitive skin. I am not able to get my vitamin D by sitting in the sun, so I take this product three times a week which twin added to the vitamin D and other supplements and diet. I keep my vitamin D level within a good range thank you Dr. Myers for this product
