I am a recent widow, late 60’s, with chronic health issues and old-age issues who has been overwhelmingly stressed the past few years (husband had dementia and was abusive before... I am a recent widow, late 60’s, with chronic health issues and old-age issues who has been overwhelmingly stressed the past few years (husband had dementia and was abusive before he died, and then his chosen estate executor was also abusive). I’ve been taking ZenAdapt (sometimes alone, often in addition to a few other nutritional supplements like methylated B-complex and Ashwaganda and GABA) whenever I feel overly stressed or just need to relax awhile, and it helps enormously in enabling me to feel better. In fact, a few months after starting ZenAdapt, I was finally able to stop smoking after 20 years of trying to quit (my smoking is very stress-related); I’m guessing the ZenAdapt helped with lowering my stress levels enough for my willpower to kick in for a cold-turkey quit). I very much like that ZenAdapt has Ashwaganda and Rhodiola and Saffron in it - all supplements I was taking individually - so it helps me by reducing the number of pills I’m taking but without losing out on the nutrients I feel I need to help me feel better or see better (in the case of saffron). This supplement is now one that I tell others about when they ask me what I do to help relieve the effects of stress overload or help relaxing or sleeping.
