Years ago, I took a training using RAD tools, and I was amazed at how great my overall body felt afterwards. RAD’s All In Kit provides just about everything you need, in terms of point-release and flushing tools. The double massage ball opens up the spine, mid-back, and glutes, but like any of the massage balls in the kit, it’s effective on a variety of body regions, including feet, legs, arms and hips.
